Roast Pork Pitas with Burrata & Chilli

Ingredients

4 pita pockets, halved

60g baby rocket leaves

½ cup store-bought onion jam

1 Riverview Farms Roast Pork, diced

1 burrata, drained & torn

Calabrian chilli paste, to serve

Hot chips, to serve

    Fill the pita pockets with rocket, onion jam, roast pork and crackling and some burrata. Spoon over chilli paste and season with salt and pepper.

    Serve with hot chips.
