- Preheat to a medium-high heat
- Place crackle on foil covered tray scored side up
- Grill for 2-3 mins or until the crackle blisters.
- Remove and rest for 2-3 mins before serving to allow the crackle to re-harden
- Preheat to 200°C
- Place crackle in tray scored side up.
- Fry for 8 mins or until the crackle blisters.
- Remove and rest for 2-3 mins before serving to allow the crackle to re-harden
- Place crackle on 3 sheets of paper towel scored side up on a microwave-safe plate.
- Cover with a paper towel.
- Microwave for 1–2 mins or until the crackle blisters.
- Remove and rest for 2-3 mins before serving to allow the crackle to re-harden
