OVEN GRILL
  1. Preheat to a medium-high heat
  2. Place crackle on foil covered tray scored side up
  3. Grill for 2-3 mins or until the crackle blisters.
  4. Remove and rest for 2-3 mins before serving to allow the crackle to re-harden
AIR FRYER
  1. Preheat to 200°C
  2. Place crackle in tray scored side up.
  3. Fry for 8 mins or until the crackle blisters.
  4. Remove and rest for 2-3 mins before serving to allow the crackle to re-harden
MICROWAVE
  1. Place crackle on 3 sheets of paper towel scored side up on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Cover with a paper towel.
  3. Microwave for 1–2 mins or until the crackle blisters.
  4. Remove and rest for 2-3 mins before serving to allow the crackle to re-harden
