2 x Riverview Farms Pork Collar Slice packs
1 x ½ tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 x ½ tablespoons of soy sauce
½ x tablespoon of black soy sauce
1 x tablespoon of ground white pepper
1 x tablespoon of water
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 stalk cilantro
1 x tbsp lemon or lime juice ( lime preferred )
1 x tbsp shallot
1.5 x tbsp fish sauce
2 x tsp honey
1 x tsp dried chili powder
Mix them well and serve with grilled pork.
Combine all the items above, mix well with the pork slices and keep it in a zip lock bag. Place in fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 180°c using the grill function. Place the pork on a grilling rack and cook for 15 mins, turning the other side up halfway through.
When done, slice them and plate up. Serve with dipping sauce on the side.
