1 Thai Pork Cutlet
1 Green Pawpaw
1 Fresh Chilli
2 Cherry Tomatoes
20ml Fish sauce
20ml Lime Juice

Preheat pan to medium / high heat

Lightly coat Thai Pork Cutlet with cooking oil and place into pan and cook on first side for 6 minutes

Turn Thai Pork Cutlet and cook other side for 4 minutes

Remove from heat and rest for 2 minutes

Use a mandolin to thinly slice Pawpaw

Chop fresh Chilli and cherry tomatoes, combine with Pawpaw, drizzle with fish sauce and fresh lime juice

Plated up Thai Pork Cutlet and dress with Green Pawpaw salad
