Riverview Farm BBQ Pork Roast Pizza with Pickled Onions by Cecile Verdas

For the Pizza

• 1 Riverview Farm Pork Roast BBQ Pizza (store-bought)

• ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional, for extra cheesiness)

• ¼ pickled red onion

• ¼ cup barbecue sauce, for drizzling

• 2 tbsp water

• Fresh fennel fronds or parsley, for topping

    Preheat your oven to 200°C /400°F (or according to the pizza’s package instructions). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Place the sliced Riverview Farm BBQ Pork Roast Pizza in a bowl. Add the BBQ sauce and water, mix well.

    Add tomato sauce, mozzarella and Scatter over sliced red onion, capsicum, and bacon bits.

    Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

    Top the hot pizza with a handful of fennel fronds or parsley.
