1 packet of Riverview Farms Pork Loin Steak

6 taco shells , heated up ( easily avail at leading supermarkets )

1/2 red onion sliced

1 medium tomato, cut into 1/2-inch dice

2-3 rings of canned pineapples diced

Shredded cabbage ( any salad leaves would do the job too )

handful sliced raw onion

1/2 cup sour cream

5 tablespoon lime juice

    Sprinkle pork with pepper ,chilli powder & paprika and set it aside.

    Heat a pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat.

    Add onion and fry till fragrant

    Add pineapples

    Side both aside for toppings

  6. 6

    Add pork to pan , cook 5 minutes, turning to brown on all sides.

    Load up your taco shells with veggies , meat , toppings and Buen Provecho!
