1½ tbsp olive oil
2 x pork loin steaks about 250gms each
200gms cherry tomates
1 small bunch sweet basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat add pork and cook,
turning once, until browned (2-3 minutes each side). - 2
Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.

Place pork loin steaks into a warmed serving dish, drizzle with olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

Season to taste with salt and pepper, serve and enjoy.
