Lean Pork Meat with Stir Fry Noodles

Ingredients

Riverview Farms Australian Pork Lean Meat

350g noodles

3 garlic cloves, crushed

1 small chive, chopped

2 tablespoon oil

1/2 cup broccoli

1/2 cup cauliflower

1/2 peas and corn

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons water

1 small chilli, chopped

    Chop the pork lean meat into medium sized strips.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the pork strips and salt and fry over a high heat for about 10 mins until it browns.

    While the meat cooks, cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes, until soft.

    Chop the broccoli, cauliflower and carrot into small pieces and cook in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.

    Add the garlic and vegetables to the pan with the pork and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Mix in the soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of water.

    Drain the noodles and add them into the pan and mix in with the pork and vegetables. Garnish with chives and chilli, serve in a bowl and enjoy!
