600g x Riverview Farms Pork Collar Slice
5-6 tbsp x Golden Salted Egg Powder
2 tbsp x Butter
2 x cloves Garlic, minced
1-2 x Chilli Padi
5 tbsp x Cooking Cream
Curry Leaves, handful
Salt & Sugar to taste
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder
Marinate pork for couple of hours or overnight preferably.
Briefly fry pork slices until no longer pink. Dish up and drain.
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a pan. Saute garlic, curry leaves and chilli padi until fragrant.
Add in salted egg powder and stir fry until aromatic. Add a few tablespoons of cooking cream.
Toss in pork slice and coat well. Add salt and sugar to taste.
Dish up and enjoy!
