Preheat BBQ, grill or pan to medium heat.
Remove from packaging and place on the BBQ, under the grill or in the frying pan. Cook until cooked through, turning occasionally. Sausages retain their best flavour and moistness if they are not pierced during cooking.
Rest for 2-3 mins before serving.
