Riverview Farms Pork Fillet is prepared with peppercorn and garlic, so now you can cook like a chef at home anytime!
Remove fillets from packaging. Lightly spray with cooking oil (optional).
Preheat BBQ to high and grill the fillet for 7 minutes on the first side, turn, and grill the fillet for a further six minutes on the second side.
Leaving the fillets on the grill, turn the BBQ off and close the lid - leave the fillet for 5 minutes to rest, remove and serve.
