Our pork chop is ideal for the BBQ, grill or fry pan. It’s lean and tender cut makes it a family favourite in any home.
Remove chops from packaging. Brush chops with a little cooking oil (rather than adding oil to the pan) and lightly season (optional).
Preheat frying pan to medium/high and sear the chops on both sides for a total of 3 minutes. Cook one side for 4 minutes and then turn and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
Cover and rest for 2 minutes before serving.
